The Liberty Ministerial Alliance has asked the Liberty Stake to sponsor its annual Thanksgiving Devotional. This event is a fundraiser for the Liberty Ministerial Alliance. It will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, starting with a pre-concert social at 6:00 PM at the Liberty building, 1130 Clayview Drive, Liberty, MO 64068. The program, which will begin at 7:00 PM, will consist of an Interfaith Choir and Orchestra and remarks by various ministers in the Alliance. Donations of money to the Liberty Ministerial Alliance will be accepted.
It is a great opportunity especially for those in the Liberty area to meet and mingle with members of other faiths and to show our love for the Savior and our desire to follow His example by serving those in need. It is important to our relationship with those of other faiths in the Liberty area that we support this activity and have a full house to enjoy this great event; therefore, we encourage all adult members of the stake to attend this event, regardless of whether you have tickets. We will give preferred seating to those holding tickets.
